In VLS, the performance culture is such that we do not mind bending backwards to recognize our performers.
So we have 'Flexible-Policy' when i9t come to salary. Simply because we accommodate our performers with a salary that suits them. We have 'Flexible - Policy' for Field Allowances. As you improve your performance, your field allowances keep on growing to provide a more comfortable working condition.
Similarly, even through, Medicals are standard in most companies, we have 'Flexible-Policy' for edicaliam tagged with performance. So, a high performer is entitled to a higher Mediclaim amount.
These are rearely followed in other companies. But in VLS, it is a way of life.
